Snowdrops!

It was so exciting to see snowdrops poking through this morning. And it is still only November.
A busy day yesterday with Jem and Mik coming to lunch. It is a long time since we entertained anyone to lunch, and it was good to get all the best China and silver out. We sat round the fire and heard all about their recent holiday in Egypt, and their plans for Christmas.
