Mac Mac Falls

It was a relatively short drive from hazyview to Dullstroom so we decided to play tourists along the way.

First we stopped for coffee and cake in Sabie. Amazing little coffee shop with a huge array of cake on offer.

We hadn’t been to Mac Mac Falls in years so took an amble down the rocky pathways. It didn’t disappoint but it was too hot to hang around so we wandered back to the car finding as much shade as possible along the way.

Next was the Long Tom Pass that thankfully didn’t have too many trucks to slow us down. The view from there is always spectacular as it looks over endless forests and rolling hills.

The Petrol Attendant who filled us up on the way took a different way of cleaning our windscreen. He was a wee bit short to reach the trucks windows so he just climbed on the wheel (extra).

Dullstroom is still a lovely little town and we had a tasty dinner, listened to some music and then bed. .
