Highwoods Country Park

Walk with B at Highwoods. The autumn leaves are mostly a carpet now, after Bert. We clocked up 8k as we got a bit lost and Google maps didn't help much. Nevertheless we both really enjoyed it. 

Lunch at a pleasant church cafe nearby and we left before school traffic. 

Aqua aerobics with Cathy for the first time in a long time was great fun. G joined in an enjoyed it too. Good to see 3 other chaps. Now part of his retirement plan.
