Reflections on Liesbeth

Last Monday I spotted her, a beautiful modern lady almost drowning in an overkill of picture perfect medieval backdrops.

I was invited on board into her limited - but cosy - living space and noticed she's got a priceless view on the grand houses that face the Spaarne river.

It's functional and doesn't need more space, after all... everything you could desire from sitting in the sun, having a good meal or enjoying entertainment is in the direct neighborhood.

I understood she had made quite a journey already and had just left her favorite bridge behind. Now she lays in between two worlds, seeking a new destination or turn back.
Wonder what it is going to be, either way I wish you a bon voyage Liesbeth!
