After the storm

Compared with the footage from Northampton and Wales, we got off relatively lightly.

I went over to Elford Walled Garden where the light was stunning, and the river dramatic. There was no flooding in the garden itself, but the BoatHouse ((now the bird hide) was deeply under water.

My blip gives an idea of where the normal river bank is………look for the lifebuoy !
