Your Street Matters!

Commissioned by Civic and Social, these brightly coloured blocks aims to make areas more cycle-able and walkable through the Your Street Matter project.

A traditional sign writer, based in Huddersfield, called Robert Walker, has worked alongside a local branding expert to try and express the joy of local and active travel journeys around the area of Skircoat Green. They hope the bright colours bring more happiness to the streets too.

It's all part of a wider project known as Culturedale. :-) I couldn't resist stopping for a blip by the block with a bike on as I commuted home on two wheels this evening!
