Camera Club - Judging practise

Had a very Camera Club focused (sorry about the pun) day. A committee meeting in the morning, followed by an afternoon of paperwork and our weekly meeting in the evening. 

At the meeting we had a practical judging session, 5 members judged 5 pictures each - as a visiting judge might do, which went really well. After the tea break three "volunteers" to judge as they would an exhibition, with only about 5 seconds per image, marking each from 2 - 5.

A really interesting evening, the participants did really well, and everyone learned a lot. It was especially useful as our area is short of judges, so we need to get more local members visiting other clubs to judge.
