Why is it that on one's last day in the office before a vacation, everyone else thinks this is the perfect time to throw tasks one's way? Why do I, when approached by these last minute tasks think 'No way! I'm de-mob happy. I'm only here in body' reply with 'No problem'...

Work out of the way, I wandered into town and meandered over to the tourist information office. Since I live here, I don't go to the office often. The tourists have the best views! So here you go - North Bridge spanning Waverley Train Station, home of the old Nor Loch (now thankfully drained) with a bit of the old Scotsman building, too.

I have a bit of work to do on Saturday and then freedom!
