Fogbow?

Still feeling rubbish, so Tim suggested we go down to the seafront in the afternoon - and he was right, it was good for the soul :)  And we saw this odd rainbow thing, that didn't really seem like a normal rainbow.  It wasn't exactly foggy either, so not sure if it could really be a fogbow, but it's some kind of 'bow'!  We didn't go far - just from the car park by the Landmark (the big coney things on the right in this pic) to just past his point on Capstone Parade, and back again.  Tim's knee was sore, but that was the furthest he'd walked since tearing his meniscus, so not too bad going.

I worked a half day again -  a couple of hours in the morning and a couple in the afternoon - which went fine, albeit tiring.  The sea air definitely helped.
