Door furniture

Today's the day …………………….. to look through the keyhole

We're in the middle of doing a bit of home decorating at the moment and so things are in a bit of a muddle as we move furniture about.  

We've been in this house for six years now - but this is the first time we've done anything in the lounge and we're discovering all sorts of things we've never noticed before.  The house, that was built in 1842, has still got some wonderful door knobs, keyhole covers and other bits of door furniture.  There's also a big bag of enormous keys left by the previous owners.

I haven't managed to find the one that would fit this beauty - yet ……………….
