The dress

A couple of days ago I posted a pic of a top i'd made with material left over from making my wedding dress and some people wanted to see a pic of the dress itself. So here is a pic of me and my dad outside the chapel, it was very hot and there were loads of thunder flies (that's what we called them, those tiny black ones), there had been the first shower for over 4 months that morning.
In the extras there's a pic of the dress now (stains and all), plus the headdress which was made out of the end of the sari - the bit that would have gone over the shoulder - and Mr Rat and me.
A day of pottering around and baking, plus the Couch to 5k graduation.
