Tyre change appointment at Angie's Nissan dealer in Memmingen for my BMW. They are so professional, friendly, helpful & considerably cheaper than the Bavarian Muck Wagon main dealership.
I had with previous cars always done winter/summer tyre changes myself, but was a bit concerned with an EV having it's battery right next to the jack points, that if the car slipped off, the cost would be immense. Ladt autumn, the village garage did it but I was not impressed by how they jacked up the car either. So in spring booked a joint appointment for both our cars at Nissan. The service includes storing the tyres which saves hassle of finding somewhere at home, loading & unloading them each time. As before they did a super job.
Then popped into nearby Medical Centre, packed with loads of specialists, incl.my urologist & internal organs(?) docs. But also big Radilogy practice where I had some CTs done last week. Simply wanted to pick up a copy of the written reports sent to my oncologist - I already had the CD.
Opposite the centre there is a Citroën dealership with these interesting mini 2-seater electric cars that can be driven from age 16, in some states 15. Limited to 45kph, they don't pay road tax, don't need MoT & have the same, annually changing numberplate as mopeds which you get each year from your insurance company at frankly an almost minimal cost.
Ideal for city driving.
