It's Little Bird Time...
I was happy to get a good enough photo of this little bird to be able to identify it. I'm certain that I've seen them in our trees and bushes in winters past but never took the time to name it. So...this is a Blue-headed Vireo. Things to look for are; white 'spectacles', a dark blue-gray head, gray face and bright white throat, yellowish sides and white wingbars. They winter in the southeastern U.S. and into Central America. Put this cutie on your list of Little Birds to Watch Out For. m
