Blue Birds of Happiness...

This sweet pair of Eastern Bluebirds (he on the bottom, she on the top of the photo) nests each year in a neighbor's front yard. Their nesting site is a small bird house hanging in a young oak tree. During the spring and summer I've observed them, over the past several years, hunting for insects to feed to their young. I see them often during the winter as well and they're always together. These beautiful little birds are symbols of joy, happiness and harmony with a good helping of hope, positivity and renewal tossed into the mix for good measure. m
