Rudolph

Another day at the farm and another circuit of the light trail …hence Rudolph! See extra for 2 of the real reindeer !

This morning I went with my friend to her Pilates class…..so different from my usual ones. First a 20 min country roads drive to a church  hall which was rather chilly, the instructor was very nice and very clear but the class only had 7 others and was very relaxed/ easy compared to what I am used to..so that aspect was nice. But I don’t think I would be doing Pilates in this set up. After we went to have coffee with another friend in a nice cafe, had to drive there! 

This afternoon I helped with sorting out cups of  lichen which they sell to raise funds for the local air ambulance. The guests can then feed it to the reindeer who eat it out of peoples hands. It is imported from Finland in dried bales and has to be soaked in water and then separated into smaller pieces and put into the cups.
