Christmas Dubs

I've spent the entire day looking at white paint, so when Janet interrupted me while I was washing out my brushes in the bath (uh-huh) I wasn't immediately paying her much attention. Happily, she persisted, and so I paused my brush washing and went for some colours other than white.

The VW family - that with Mollie Camper I really ought to join - was here in 2022 but in the succeeding two years they've grown! It was hard to get a shot with everyone in, as much as anything because there were so many people wandering around agog at the light display. I've made a collage which I hope offers some idea of the feel of the thing. Probably best to go Large, to see it on a black backdrop.

As for the white paint... I've about halfway through mist coat painting the plaster in the new kitchen. Why oh why don't they make white plaster instead of pink? It would be so much easier to paint! But we are on the home run now... electricians and plumbers back next week...
