Tiramisu

Fortunately I didn't only go into work for a seminar that was as bad as I'd feared, I also got to talk with developer F, and my PhD students. As well as the technical stuff there was some lively banter, as developer F (who is Italian) had taken "offence" at (Chinese) Y's observation that she couldn't make tiramisu for us because she had no cream. To her credit, she arrived with a (bought) Christmas Swiss-roll log filled with chocolate ice cream.

After a dull day, there was a brief moment of sunset over the Pentlands before I left the office to work on the better PC setup that I have at home.

With nothing easy to cook with, and A at home for once, in the evening we went to the Craigie for a meal.
