Leaves

These leaves overhanging the church wall caught my eye as I was walking up the road late this afternoon. They looked very bright compared to the darkness all around. It’s been a very dark day today and I’ve spent it mostly ordering Christmas presents, apart from a brief interlude having a coffee with my friend Sue. I think I’m making some headway on the presents!
