There's been a Murder!!!

On the luxury night train The European Belle!

Poor old Reed Musak, a famous composer, was found dead in his compartment shot in the head at close range, one inch above his neck!!

WHODUNNIT?

That's what his fellow train companions had to find out!

There was a murder, there was shock, there were many motives, there were intriguing questions, there were accusations, there were clues, there were red herrings, there was great food, there was booze, there was music, there was the best and the worst acting, there was a group of pals having the absolute best time and sides sore from laughing, there was even cake!!! 

What a night!! :-)))

It's been months in the planning and how we all managed to keep it quiet from my best pal Agnes (Anna Takka) I will never know.  And hats off to Adrian for getting her there without raising suspicion that we'd all be lying in wait!  She knew she was going to a murder mystery night but didn't now where it was (Scottish Borders, two hours from home :-) and had no idea it was in a rented mini-mansion, organised by her daughter Emily :-)

It's her birthday on Sunday so afterwards there was cake, shaped like a handbag and made by Adrian.  It looked amazing and was delicious! 

I won't say who the killer was just incase anyone else gets the game (there are three possible endings so it can be played more than once) but it all made sense in the end!  :-)

Adrian and I won joint Best Costume award :-)
Fiona, Liam and Sam won Best Detective Award as they guessed carefully worked out from the clues who the killer was.
Agnes won the best Actor Award.  Her Russian accent was hilarious amazing and she took that Russian Ballerina character to her soul!  :-)

This evening will be talked about for a long time to come!  :-)))

And thank you LeeAnne for letting Mo Lah and Cam Shafte crash at your place down the road, and being our taxi driver :-) xx


P.S. Yes, yes, Cam Shafte's moustache is on upside down.  MO Lah's fault entirely!  Hahahahahahaha!
