So near and yet so far

The cat and the squirrel have come to a compromise. Nutty ignores Leo who has resigned himself to watching its antics.
 
The festive season has started in Bridge of Allan and the highlight today was the annual  Vintage and Anique Fayre. Well, I bought a traditional teapot and M picked up a watch for a pittance.
I got chatting to the stall holder who turned out to be 89 years of age and her husband , who was helping her, was 91. And he is still driving.
So what’s her secret? Does she exercise? No. 
Diet? Porridge with honey every morning for breakfast.
But what she does have is an active social life raising money for charity. They scour auctions, buy stuff then sell it again in Vintage  and Antique fayres .
And the  money goes to their local Red Cross.
