What's with the frenzy?

Frankly, I've been running around like a blue-arsed fly today. Amazingly though the little man gave me a lie in so at least I had the energy for it. I woke up to the sound of Charlie playing with his cot toy at 7:30am! Two hours after he normally wakes up (albeit for a feed and then sleeps again). The first thing I did was check he was okay!

Today's blip is another pushchair shot as I completely forgot to take any others. Our flight leaves Luton at 8am tomorrow so we have a 4am alarm set. Typically I hadn't packed a thing yet. But I did have it all washed, ironed (!!) and laid out ready. I ironed Rob's shirts whilst he was in bed last night. I'm clearly embracing my new housewife status!

I had a few last minute things to buy then when we got home I wrote a list of everything I needed to pack. I'm all about the lists at the moment. Otherwise I know I'd forget something with my chronic baby brain.

When Rob came home and we'd put Charlie to bed he disappeared upstairs ASAP ready for my tan fairy to come round. Her name was Katrina and she was lovely. She used a new fake bake rapid tan that only takes 90 minutes to develop which is perfect as I don't want to be worrying about washing it all off at 4am. Instead it all came off at 10:30pm and so far it looks good. It's amazing how a little colour makes you feel so much better about the wobbly bits!


Finally in bed at midnight ready for 4 hours sleep and then my holibobs!! Woo hoo!
