Anticipation

I bought this bulb in October at the South African Bulb Group's meeting because I thought its crinkly leaves looked rather interesting. It's become more interesting to me in the last couple of weeks since a flower stalk emerged! 
It was labelled V. bracteata  which I think means it's a Veltheimia ( Sand or Forest or Cape Lily). I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next!
