Grinding

I made a new recipe this evening. Rather delicious as it turned out, pork onions potatoes all left in a roasting tin while we went to the Great Christmas Tree Lights Switch On at the village hall. Ground fennel seeds went into the  mix.
The seeds are rather lovely I think.
