Damson gin

I’ve been making a batch of damson gin. The damsons have been steeping gently for weeks. I decided to filter it today. Not such good clarity as previous years, it wouldn’t strain through the coffee filter paper. Must have been too many particles in it. But I’m sure it will taste fine. I’ll taste it for quality control later.
