There is nothing like a body full of newly injected vaccines to shake things up a bit. 

No Parkrun yesterday and no Midweek Workout last week either. 

Today I got back on track (in a disjointed kind of way) by doing my Midweek Workout on a Sunday. I was needing it. I enjoyed it. Well, maybe not the last (uphill) kilometre, but that is normal. 

The fresh air and (almost) daylight were welcome too. 

A good start to my week. A good start to the darkest month. It helped me to tick the Blip box as well.
