2024 Wednesday — God’s Canvas

Our Daughter Deidre is here with us on this day before Thanksgiving. She made pumpkin pie and did some preparations for tomorrow. I went to the store to get a few things that we still needed. I also wanted to put a birthday card in the mail to my friend Joyce.

Everything went wrong for Deed as she was making the pie — I did not have the correct flour for making pie crust. So she ended-up going to the grocery store.

I cooked a chicken breast noodle casserole for our evening meal. Then we watched the live stream Thanksgiving Eve Worship from Calvary Chapel Chino Hills and we also did the livestream from Pastor Allen Jackson’s World Outreach Church In Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Pastor Allen is a favorite speaker of ours. His messages are personal, poignant and powerful.

Well, tomorrow is “turkey Day” here in the USA.
