Not a deluge but we have water ingress.   Ingress.  Not a word I'd use regularly but i first heard it used by one of my old, most loved, bosses.  Mr Donald Anderson.  We had water coming into our office on Lothian Road, Edinburgh and he dictated a note to me for the landlords requesting 'urgent investigations into the ingress of water'.   No more leaks for me from that day, it's ingress all the way. 

After initial panic, although the amount of water is clearly minimal, I cooled my jets.  First glance would suggest it's coming from the extractor but further 'investigations' will be required when the maintenance expert gets home from work.  

Another two classes at the gym/pool.  What else?  Didn't write it down so no idea.
