A Walk By The River

A morning walk by the river but it was so cold that we retired to the cafe for hot drinks and a teacake.  The table we were sitting at had a sign saying that Vera was here - Vera being the detective from the popular crime drama that is filmed here in the North East of England.  Must admit that I don't watch it.
