The tree is up

A busy day. I did all my washing this morning then went shopping. My fridge was empty!. This afternoon I brought in from the garage my 2 Christmas trees. This big one is ready for Friday when Ada and Lucy will decorate it. I had one set of really old lights about 15 years old and they worked when I tried them but after putting them on the tree they wouldn't work. They are now in the bin. 
I really do love all the lights.
