Another tree

Just before 3pm, I was in the doctor's surgery for a scheduled blood pressure test. I told the clinician I had a busy day and wasn't relaxed. I was impressed that he knew I'd been sitting in the waiting room for eight minutes, which might not be enough to calm me down. He offered some alternatives, but I went ahead anyway. It's a little elevated. I'll need to do some home testing and send the results.

I was powering through some work late in the afternoon when I realised I had worked through the time to leave for my Tai Chi class. This isn't good; I've missed a lot of classes this year. But I really don't know how it happened. Ultimately, I needed to go for a walk to ensure I closed my exercise rings. As I was walking along Bushey Road, I saw a tree illuminated by a streetlamp, although it looked a bit like a spotlight. I thought it would make a good picture for today.
