Hill of Tarvit Kitchen

Today Pat is leading a class of young children in a baking demonstration and teaching them some baking skills.

This event is being held in the original kitchen at Hill of Tarvit Mansionhouse.

By all accounts it was a great success and much enjoyed by the child ‘bakers’ who showed very good skills.

After driving Pat to Hill of Tarvit I returned home to enjoy my continuing cold.

I then returned in the late afternoon to drive Pat home.

I was unable to take any photographs of the bakers in action, but expect to see photographs published by the National Trust for Scotland in the future.

This is all to do with Child Protection Legislation.

Pat presented Claudia, the manager of the Mansionhouse with a sketch portrait taken from a  quick photo that Pat had taken a few weeks ago.
