Galleries and bikes...

...told the story of our day today...

A good breakfast, docked on time, DFDS bus to the station and then found our hotel. Room was ready, so we dumped our bags, had a coffee and then walked down to the Van Gogh Museum.

A fabulous gallery, and we loved the VG storyline. We knew bits, obviously, but the gallery filled in the gaps. What a sad end...

Bikes everywhere - how anyone finds their own bike we'll never know... The bus driver said 40%of the bikes don't have brakes, and the other 60% won't stop for you anyway... Our experience today bears that out! We rather gave away our tourist status by yelping and leaping every time a bike came near us ;)

A meal booked later at the Argentine Steak House just round the corner - we'll risk taking our lives in our hands again crossing the road ;))
