Ho Ho Ho!

We had a stormy afternoon with strong winds and heavy rain. To make matters worse, the bin men had just been through and left all the empty bins on the pavement. 

Our potted Christmas tree (still awaiting decoration) was blown across the balcony, along with patio chairs. Things have calmed down now, but Storm Darragh is on the way this weekend.

I managed a short walk around the village late in the afternoon, and later went out again to see Santa, who made a special, brief stop near the church. He rode through on his festive float, spreading some holiday cheer!

The float, organised by Prestatyn Rotary Club, will be touring the wider area over several days to raise money for local charities.
