Getting ready
Preparing!! We have begun packing our bags for race day!!
This is some of the nutrition I will use, lots of sports nutrition and a few real food snacks (juts stollen and peanut butter filled pretzels to add) with the plan to grab crisps at the aid stations and refill water!
We will pack a drop back that will top up our food and have a stroopwafel each in!!
It’s looking like it will be a wet day, which may slow us down a bit, as the ground will be slippy and slidy in Places! It will also be an incentive to keep moving!
