Sunshine after da Gale

A breezy morning, cloudy and a couple of light showers.  Cleared into a sunny day, clouding over in the afternoon.  A calmer evening, with rain.  

On the sooth essykert with Jack and Lewis again today.  Plastic recycling waste from Eastvoe, Trondra, Burra and south Tingwall.  Popped by Madeline's after work.  Working in the shop this evening.  Quieter than usual, due to the rain.  Feet up before bed. 

It was a wild night of wind and rain last night, hammering against the house.  The wind died down as quickly as it came, for a relief.  The seas were fairly churned up and a swell with big waves rolling in.  Unfortunately each time I managed to get my camera out, there was no waves.  A calm before the storm and a calm after, I can deal with that kind of gales for the winter.  Looking over Hamnavoe, towards Fuglaness light, Burra.
