Wee Furry Rug

Another appointment this morning, this time a filling at the Dentist. It’s just down the hill from me on the Glasgow Road so I walked down but it was pretty slippy after the rain last night and the freezing g temps afterwards.

It has t been bothering me but when I had my hygienist appointment , with the exam afterwards with Elaine the dentist she noticed a tiny piece of decay and I booked in. When getting drilled it was seen that it was more than they thought (decay). Glad it was picked up.

My mouth was frozen for a couple of hours but as S was paddleboarding in Elie (in the sea) I popped into town to the bakers and also a coffee.

Was feeling a bit achy today after the session yesterday which is good as it’s working these muscles!
