How Does Your Garden Grow

Apparently flourishing if you look at the state of the railway tracks. So symbolic of the broken railway infrastructure. This and the weary sounding woman on the platform tannoy system telling yet another group of passengers that their train was cancelled and saying it was due to so many of the trains needing repairs.
