Quieter Friday

Having some colourful light to look at over breakfast is always balm for the soul. After a busy week, today was much quieter. I mainly worked at home, although I headed in for a (research!) meeting in the late morning, which was very interesting and suggests a very productive collective project involving colleagues with overlapping interests.

Mr A has been asking me what we might do this weekend. I offered the suggestion of "sleep". I think that's probably a bit unadventurous, but to be honest if Storm Darragh does its (his?) thing and wind is added to the current drenching rain, I will be happy to spend the weekend under the duvet.
