Ear Ear
Bean undertakes her supervisory and quality control roles with diligence. Here she is checking the area I planted yesterday (while keeping an ear cocked in my direction in case she misses anything).
Evidently it meets her stringent standards because after five minutes perusal she curled up on her sheepskin in the sun and snoozed.
It has been another busy day in the garden. I am happy to report that the conditions are more reasonable, with a maximum temperature of 25C, which meant that I could get going and keep going all day.
Lots of watering of course. And more line-trimming. Also some weeding. It is quite repetitive at the moment. And there is still a lot to do.
Then, like the Forth Bridge, once I've got through everything it will be time to start again.
I am awfully behind looking at journals. Bear with me, I'll catch up soon.
