View from the window

A travel day. This was the view from the window of the London flat before I left. 

Walked to the Barbican Tube station; a delayed train, but it got got going in plenty of time to get to King's Cross.  All sorts of cancellations there, but not of LNER trains. People being moved from the cancelled trains .. 
Only 20 minutes late into Waverley in the end, and the people sitting next to me were congenial company; trying to decide whether to cancel an outdoor event they were to be running today given the dire wind and rain forecasts.
