This week we celebrated International Volunteers Day at parkrun Australia 

Here are my stats for volunteering at parkruns...
Today was volunteer #222 in total and #46 for 2024... I've planned to complete #50 for 2024 and that will mean for the last 3 years I will have complete #50 each year... I can't run and I can't even walk 5km but I certainly do my part by volunteering most weeks...

Today we went to Harris Avenue parkrun and there 85 participants... This week they really struggled to fill their Volunteer roster and yet 85 turned up... Come on people please help fill the volunteer roster the week before to easy the pressure on the RDs especially with the smaller parkruns...
