Home Comforts

Out for a Parkrun this morning. The rain arrived just before I finished and I was glad to get back to the shelter of the car. 

A trip to Whitby for some shopping on the basis the east would be the last place the storm would affect. The moors were shrouded in mist the roads resembling streams but the weather wasn’t too bad on the coast. A quick dash into the shops and the car refuelled then back home. We have not been out since. 

Christmas tree decorated, candles and fire lit. These remind me of the Strasbourg Christmas market when we visited Stephen who was gaining experience at the European Court of Human Rights before he obtained a Pupillage. Seems a long time ago now!
