Saturday, Storm and Struggle
A very brief Blip today.
I have managed just over 6,000 steps for my paced walking fundraiser in aid of Alcohol Awareness UK.
I slept about an hour last night and felt very low during the night and today.
I went out this morning to pick up a couple of breakfast rolls as the steroids for my asthma are making me absolutely ravenous as usual!
Storms are not fibromyalgia’s friend…so drained.
They interrupt your sleep too which isn’t ideal for a fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility syndrome warrior as sleep is already hard to come by.
I spotted this gorgeous Christmas tree this evening. Isn’t it an understated beauty? I love white lights on trees.
I am feeling very grateful for my best friends, eating well and music today as well as rest.
Thanks for all your kind comments. Please find today’s steps count in my extras.
You are all appreciated much more than you will ever know, my apologies for being so behind with Blip. My chronic pain and fatigue is something I try not to let beat me.
Still reading Part One of Cher’s memoir and thoroughly enjoying it.
