Indoors

No photographs today, until 19:05, so this definitely rates as an emergency blip. It's the kitchen and shows two of the three blinds we set up today. We had hoped to find some new exciting blinds but so far everything we have looked at has been boring so we are reusing the concertina blinds that were previously in another room. They are getting a bit old but still function and are better than having large areas of darkness after the sun goes down.
Speaking of the sun, its absence was noted today, an extremely grey day when you needed the lights on all the time. Remarkably, I didn't set foot outside the house but kept busy with the blinds, some sorting, and a few bits and pieces. It feels like order is returning to our lives after the installing of the new windows.
Tomorrow I will be going out because we have a couple of events in town, one of which is watching the 1989 Finnish film "Leningrad Cowboys go America", directed by one of my favourites, Aki Kaurismäki.
