A wild wet windy day; the card pile presented itself for a blip. Top right are owls to be used as hanging decorations .. from Susie Wright 's stall at the market at the National Gallery two weeks ago. 

Out in the morning for a newspaper and mince pies in a gap in the rain; it cleared up in the afternoon, so we had a quick walk around the New Town before the early dark.
