Christmas Meal

Last year I arranged a family meal in London for No.2's birthday.  We were all present including C from California.  We decided to do the same this year but to celebrate Christmas and the fact that getting together in someone's house is not easy.  Brother S had organised and we had a wonderful private room so it was not as noisy as the restaurant.  There were a few absences, my darling Aimee although I did take a photo of her and placed on the table.  L and J were absent as baby Theo is still in hospital and P&E also absent as they haven't finished uni yet?  But it was still a lovely meal and get together, although they did take a half finished glass of G&T in their hurry to clear our table!

Home to snooze in the chair and to half watch an episode of Black Dove which I am quite enjoying.

Thinking about Tuesday and my lovely girl all the time.  Always my last  thought at night and first thought in the morning (and at 2.00 am when I wake up - last night remembered that she also visited India ...... I mentioned her travelling in the Order of Service but forgot India - but I could hear her saying 'don't worry Mum, it's fine'.
