Alvaro from Burgos

There aren’t that many people that I meet that I’d rather be (Paul Weller, Ian Rankin, Mark Cavendish, Andy Murray) but after meeting Alvaro in Faro he’s been added to the list. He’s Spanish and is cycling round the world in no fixed time. He’s done South America and Asia and is heading to South Africa soon, he’s saving Scotland until the end. He met a Colombian girl who is now his travelling companion and they both write stories about their journey and she does a bit of music to raise money along the way. To be young again revolving round the world!
