I don't know if this is the actual storm, or just the pre-storm, but we've had a lot of rain and the wind is getting up.  The blip is a very blurry shot taken from the passengar seat of a big puddle on the EK bypass that had formed.  It was pretty stressfull driving even as a passenger.  The upside was that there was some sort of Christmas HGV run so we were passed by multiple trucks, vans, cranes and other vehicles all decked out in their lights and ocassionally honking.  Didn't manage a blip of any of them though!
