Oh, Christmas Tree

We’ve had our little tree up and lit since Thanksgiving but today we added wooden bead garland and a wooden star. There are three other small trees scattered around the house, in addition to MiniM, the outdoor patio tree. All make the house bright and festive during the holidays and over wintertime • About 4” of new snow fell overnight. My coffee was still brewing when Isaac showed up to plow. He’s doing a great job, and I told him so this morning. While out chatting with him I happened to catch a hawk lifting off a tree branch near the driveway. No camera but what a sight! No wonder there were no birds at the feeders • I’ve been out a couple of times to clear off the car and shovel snow but in between I’ve rested the knee. Tomorrow we have a few errands to run, a good test to see how things are going • Enjoy the rest of your weekend! I’ll be making soup soon :) • Peace & Love
