Christmas Concert

Swan Singers gave their final concert of this their 10th anniversary year in the church this afternoon.  I don't think I've seen all the seats this well occupied previously, at one point we were finding extras to put in the aisles.  I couldn't sit in my usual place for photographs so this is a collage of what I could get.   However - seeing the church this full on a not particularly nice day says something positive about the local community?

Everyone looked to be enjoying themselves and the audience participation items (Hark the Herald Angels sing and O Come all ye Faithful) were very popular. As the weather looks to be quieting down now the 'Carols in the Square' evening should be well attended.

All of the memory trees outside survived the storm yesterday!
